They are charging $25 a day for parking but have most parking spaces reserved for valet. I had to circle parking lot many times to find a parking spot. Only valet parking spots are close to elevator. The staff wasn’t very friendly. They didn’t tell me anything about the hotel, like restaurant hours, wi-fi password, pool hours, etc. I’ve stayed here before, but I think I’ll try a new place next time I’m in town.

Hotel was full so long queues at check in as not enoigh staff. Arrived early so waited 3 hrs for room tho staff were not very helpful in checking options. Hotel looks and feels a bit dated & tired and rooms need refresh. Basic ammenties provided. Hotel ok for overnight stay as near to cruise terminal so easy walk or shuttle available. Would normally expect better quality from Crowne Plaza brand hence a bit disappointing. Rather expensive for the quality & service .

Do yourself a favour and find a better place to stay. We were only there one night so I didn’t see any point in complaining. I just writing this review so others can make an informed decision. I travel extensively for work but this time it was for a vacation cruise. I thought booking a Crown Plaza would be nice treat for my wife, unfortunately the room was well worn and needed a complete overhaul. if you don’t believe me then find out for yourself. My list is long I’m not exaggerating, the arm chair beside the bed was dirty and stained, there was a crack in the ceiling above the headboard, the tv didn’t work, the shower curtain was frail at the bottom, cracked bathroom sink, there was a hole in the bathroom wall that they tried to cover with a switch plate that was too small. I’m sorry for the horrible review, I just chalk it up to an expensive I don’t think others should have to go through. On one final note the first room I was assigned to had not been cleaned and the bed covers were still a mess. My room was 717.
