We reserved a two queen sized bed room and once we arrived at the hotel we were informed that our booking was changed, without ANY notice or reasonable explanation. When we talked to the front desk they told us that it is their fault and that they were overbooked. I’m sorry, but that’s not my problem. We went from having our reservation to a small one bed, and a one person hide a bed. This is not what we paid for. My son had to sleep in our truck. The hide a bed was extremely uncomfortable, please upgrade the flat mattresses. This is unacceptable and we will never be returning to this hotel ever again because this was an absolute first. Never experienced such terrible service at a hotel before, and we were not accommodated. Please reorganize and restructure this hotel because we didn’t make a big deal out of it but I know other folks wouldn’t accept this at all.

Right off the freeway, friendly staff. You will have to pay to park which is pricey but easy to do; you drive around the back of the property and park in the garage and use your key to get k to the hotel. So very safe. Rooms were nice, beds comfortable. Shower very nice! I did ask for extra pillows and blankets and they were never received. Can pay for breakfast but we opted to walk down to Russell’s.

The moment I came in front desk personal are so friendly, very helpful and kind!!! Easy check in and fast! My room was very clean and had all the essentials!!! I love the way is decorated and the music is amazing!!! They have nice and cold water by the front and if you forget something they have a little store by the frontdesk!!! Hotel is a little bit old and took lot of time to check in. Even though I booked a regular room they have an accessible room which was lot noisy from the neighbor.
