Lamps were unplugged in the room when we walked in. Outside lighting was very poor. Clean, but a stale smell when you first enter the hotel. As expected, the included buffet breakfast was your standard buffet breakfast with the main staples like eggs, sausage, potatoes, various cereals, juice, etc. Friendly staff. Five minute drive to the Outlet and restaurants.

Staff was so nice and helpful. The hotel could use some updates, the rooms were clean but screaming 00’s decor, some furniture change and new paint on the walls, plus pictures should help. There were plenty of parking and very close to Ontario Mills Mall.
