Escape to our cozy Beach Bungalow, nestled just steps (3min) from Manhattan Beach's sandy shores. Enjoy access to the Paradise Rooftop, with breathtaking panoramic ocean views. Parking for compact cars is on us; oversized vehicles can use a nearby lot (3min walk, overnight 6 PM-8 AM & meter parking other hours same lot). Perfect for small families or solo adventurers, blending comfort with the natural beauty of coastal living. Experience the charm of beachside bliss in every sunrise & sunset.
This is a Hilltop Hideaway in a super safe and quiet beach neighborhood. This hearty space is in North Manhattan Beach (surfers paradise & great food options around) only 1 mile to Manhattan Beach pier.
This bottom unit sits atop a hill on the corner of a legendary coastal route, known for its scenic drives and steady beachside buzz (see “Perched by the Sea” photo). An industrial-size mirror has been installed to make backing out stress-free and seamless. Your designated parking spot is the right side of the shared garage and comfortably fits any 4-door sedan or small to midsize car. Public parking is available at the bottom of the hill for larger SUVs.
No AC* Thanks to our close proximity to the ocean, air conditioning isn’t commonly needed here. Manhattan Beach stays naturally cool with average temperatures hovering around 70–75°F year-round (feel free to Google it!). Even in peak summer months like August, highs average around 76-80°F with lows around 64°F — making the space comfortable without the need for AC.
Again, this is a ground floor unit, and the rooftop is a shared amenity located at the very top of the property. You’ll pass by other units on your way up on outdoor porch walkway — the unit just before the rooftop is home to a friendly neighbor who has some items on his porch outside. No need to worry, there’s a wide, clear walkway that leads to the large ladder to utilize to get up to the shared rooftop. Please note: the cleaning fee does not cover the rooftop, as it’s a communal space shared by tenants. The tarp in the far corner is stored there for rainy days and foggy, super moist nights on the ocean coast — kindly leave it in place. While the rooftop isn’t used often by other tenants, if you do see a neighbor, a friendly hello is always appreciated:)

Location was good, the place was nice and clean and parking is tight but worked even for a Jeep wrangler. The shared roof top had good views; although, it is a steep ladder up otherwise good. Overall good stay.

The rental was in a good location close to beach and the owner Brian was easy to communicate with. There were some upgrades to the unit but in general, the property was not in good repair. There were problems with the lights and electrical outlets. Most of the windows did not open and those that did, did not have screens so the place did not have ventilation. The rooftop area was accessible only with a very steep, narrow ladder that would not be safe for children or anyone with mobility issues. The photos from the listing did not accurately depict this rental.
The wife and I visted for football game at Sofi Stadium for a long weekend. The house was great, it was well equipped with necessities you might need, it was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was located in a nice quite area that was easily accessible. We really enjoyed our stay.
