It is my 3rd time at this hotel. Always for business. They care about clients, they do everything to make you comfortable and happy. The ladies for spa and massage are exceptional. The food is amazing and my cappuccino every day of my stay was perfecto. I travel a lot and I can definetely say this is the best hotel in Los Angeles area.

I was charged for drinks I never took from the bar. It took three calls for someone to return my call and say they would email me my bill. I called again to complain to tell them I did not take those drinks and there is no reply. I also told them in the morning to come check my room before I left and they said not to worry about it. This is why I always get my room checked before I leave. But they refused to check . My daughter also asked for champagne to be delivered to my room for my birthday. She offered to pay but they said it was complimentary because it was my birthday. They also charged me for that. For as much as they charge fur the hotel you think there would be better communication!

The hotel as such was perfect, the rooms have a personal touch, it feels like a high class living room I had room 229 and there was unfortunately quite some noise from the floor above the whole night - during whole my stay. Also, I had to go ask a cleaning lady at the corridor to stop vacuum cleaning after midnight But beside that minor point, I had a great time and would love to come back with ly family

Loved the beach view and being right next to the beach. Lots of extras that come with the room but we didn’t get to enjoy all of them. The rooms were well lit breezy and clean. This is my second stay here and I would come back if ever in Santa Monica again.
