Clean room, when checking in friendly staff, we stayed 2 nights and house keeping did not clean the room was unaware we we needed to request it so last day to check out we had to go to lobby and request clean towels so we could shower. Yes parking a bit of a tight squeeze but manageable we have a mini suv, overall great location not to far from universal studios, clean room upon arrival.

Staff was very accommodating and allowed us early check in since we were going to Universal Studios for the Halloween special event. Place was older but has been recently upgraded and they did a really good job. Not the Ritz but if you just need a nice clean place to sleep while in LA. Worth the price.
