Staff was courteous. The room temperature was extremely inconsistent no matter how we changed the settings. There was an overpowering deodorizer/air freshener. The pool was in the far corner of the parkade and was not enjoyable at all.

Great stay. The welcome drink was very nice. The hallway smelled fresh and clean. Staff were wonderful. Close less than 10 minute walk to the free tram to Universal Studios. Definitely staying every year.

My biggest feedback was the elevator not working when we stayed there. They were kind to offer someone to bring my stuff up and remove the service fee but we were still charged for parking. The rooms themselves were nice and spacious. Service was as expected.
