The smell of cleaning solution was over -powering, almost sickening. I had to unplug the refrigerator because it was so loud and kept me from sleeping. Other than that, it was fine. I had to check-in else where, which was inconvenient, but the clerk at the Nite Inn was very friendly.
It’s a very unique hotel.
Got there on time for check in and no employees on site, called the number and waited in a line with other people til employee showed up 45 minutes later. Got in room and washed hands sink didn’t drain water but had to leave, come back after midnight only to find water never drained. Open the shower to brush my teeth and there is hair from previous occupant. Opened up bedding and there was debris. Ended up so disappointed and disgusted and slept in my car instead. Left the next morning even though I booked 4 nights. No employee on site that morning either so called the number throughout the day left 3 messages and no return call, finally had to call orbitz to get my refund. Motel tried to keep my extra daily service fees for the week, had to call bank. Horrible experience.
For $170 a night, I would expect a room that didn't smell bad and a hotel that was not rundown. even in Studio City, California!. I travel a lot and this was a $69 room at best.
It wasn’t very clean. The room smelled dirty and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable
We went and had a fast track out the rooms are clean .
Good location, nice staff, very comfortable rooms and very clean.
Just not the cleanest and most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in
It was very clean and comfortable. Staff is helpful and kind. It was my 1st time staying here and I would stay again. I am ap member for Disneyland so I come 3/4 times a year and this is a hidden gem.
Average room, clean and quiet. Had to leave an additional 150 dollar deposit even though room was paid for in advance. You get that reversed upon check out and inspection of the room
Housekeeping left half-eaten fruit in the room. Was a little creepy.
The registration was fast and the staff was very friendly. I think that for the price it was a very decent quality inn.
Terrible terrible terrible. No accommodation what so ever.
It was really upset because the hotel is not what you expect to find. The website presents a nice hotel but the reality is other. The space is so uncomfortable that you do not feel ok. The person in the front desk in not friendly at all, I ask for a iron and the response was they just have one and she will ask if it wasn´t in use. The hotel rate is extremely expensive for the quality and comfort. Definitely this is the last option for me in the city.

Since you left an anonymous review, I can only speculate which room you stayed in. When you arrived, you were offered a free cancellation despite the fact that your reservation was nonrefundable. You had 3 people but choose to book a room with one queen bed only! We offered to give you very cheap upgrade but you refused and said that one person was leaving but in reality all three people stayed in the room with one queen bed. I speculate that the reason that you were unhappy has to do with the fact that you had three people in a one queen bed room type.
