Check in was easy, quick & accommodated an early check in. Clean, quiet room with fridge, microwave & coffee machine. Free coffee, pastries, yogurt & oranges from 7a-10a at the front desk. Parking reasonable priced $13 & was very close to our room. Walking distance to grocery store Ralphs, eating options & upscale coffee Alfreds. Overnight assistance was helpful & efficient at 1:30a after returning from Universal Studios. Beds & linens were fresh & very comfortable. Easy route to Universal Studios. Great price, comfortable, safe & clean. Highly recommend.

The room was in serious disrepair. I had to have a new bathtub drain installed to take a shower. The people were nice and helpful and the location excellent. I would not stay there again. The pictures on your site are not accurate.
