We had a suite, spotlessly clean, nice and roomy with decent beds that could have been a bit softer, and an excellent shower. Staff were universally polite and motivated to please. The location was perfect. The Osa restaurant was a cut above the typical hotel restaurant. The only issue was the breakfast buffet which was just embarrassing. Fortunately Urth Café is just across the street.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The only negative comment I have is the rootop restaurant - Osa. The service was very very slow and poor customer service. Although the burger was good, the fries were so salty they burned our mouth.

The breakfast is subpar with limited options. 3 times in a row i was charged for the breakfast that shoukd have been comped as a perk for booking with expedia. This hotel is new and you can tell they are still working through the kinks. Room never got cleaned or soap filled in the ahower.
