Ground floor apartment of a newly constructed home, quiet residential location, one-way street with walking distance to Pier Village, restaurants, shopping, boardwalk and half a block from Seven President's beach.

Fully furnished with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath.
Includes washer/dryer. Use of outdoor grill and outdoor shower. Includes 4 beach passes during beach season May - September.

Coded entry. Please enter through gate on right side of house and follow towards back of house for front entrance. Entrance is not green door.

On street parking available outside of apartment from October 1st through April 30th no parking permit needed.

One spot in the driveway provided from May 1st through September 30th for resident permit parking season. Please park on left side of driveway if looking at the house.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker. Limited housekeeping is available.
