The location and staff customer service was what stood out. Everybody super friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast was expensive for what was provided. It made it seem better than what is was. Chose an accessible room, but not all features were suited for people if accessible was needed. For example, hanging clothes in the room and in the bathroom are too high. I am 5"6 and for the room it is fine. But the hooks in the bathroom too high. The shower head when we arrived was also too high. My 4"10 auntie could not reach it and didnt tell me till after she had to wash herself using the sink. The hand soap, shampoo and body soap are pretty basic. Would be best to bring my own. We were only staying for one night. For the price over £200, I expected something better facilities wise. They were a bit late to clean the room and was not going to be available till 3:20pm but we arrived around 2:30pm with a show we needed to get to at 7pm and did not want to waste shopping time fpr check in. At breakfast, also pretty basic. Do not expect to be super full from it. They had normal butter but no margarine for people that need to have low salt or low blood pressure. They did have oat milk which was great even if no soya milk. The tables were cramped and if you were checking out and the place would be full, you wouldnt have space to have your luggage next to you.

The staff were professional and friendly, the room was well stocked and clean but I can honestly say that the bed in our room was the worst bed I have ever had to attempt to sleep in a hotel before. It was like sleeping on a sheet of hard board with a thin mattress topper covering it

Absolutely perfect facilities, location and staff for a safe and good nights sleep in the heart of Covent Garden. A real find. Wonderfully happy staff and atmosphere. 24 hour cafe, comfy bed and immaculately clean room. You couldn’t find or need better at this price. Next to the wonderful actors’ church St Paul’s. Lovely friendly staff. Perfect for solo traveller as so safe and friendly.
