We paid £278 for a “cozy” room. They don’t tell you they also add a 5% service charge when you check out. Our room was poor to be honest. Small double bed, aircon not great and the plumbing was very old and noisy. I don’t think it represented good value for money. I can only assume the high price was to cover the heating costs particularly in the stairwells. Breakfast was excellent and the lounge was very comfortable.
Breakfast was outstanding left for the day completely full up. The staff were friendly helpful and made the say wonderful. Bar staff superb. Wonderful hotel 10/10

Very Cosy comfortable small Hotel ideally situated for the Royal Albert Hall (2 blocks away) Dinning room personal and tastefully decorated we enjoyed a delicious Breakfast and Lunch . Also a nice bar and lounge to relax in.
Stayed on the 5th floor which was accessed by small elevator to the 4th floor then up a flight of stairs.. the room was small also double bed but comfortable.
The bathroom could be upgraded. i.e. walk in shower and mixer taps.
I was astonished to be charged a service charge for each nights accommodation and breakfast. £86! Naturally I refused to pay.
This was a first for me and I do hope it's not going to be the norm.
Lovely hotel, beautifully decorated for Christmas- just like a gracious London home. The staff were great, the room was cosy ( in a good way!) and the breakfast was excellent.

This hotel is amazing in every way. The professional staff, the beautifully decorated rooms and the perfect location for our visit. It was a quiet street and just a block from Kensington Gardens. I will absolutely stay here again.
