The room was tired, with damaged furniture and stained and dirty grout in the bathroom. One of the provided towels had been used by a previous guest and had not been laundered. When calling reception to ask for non-feather pillows the receptionist was rude and housekeeping was unavailable. On the positive side, the location is great, there is parking nearby, and some of the staff are genuinely helpful.

I had a pleasant stay like previous times I've stayed at the Pestana Chelsea Bridge. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient place, particularly well suited for a relaxing stay and it is nice that Battersea Park is so close by for a little wander around. Breakfast was good, with a reasonable selection on offer. The fruits and salads were fresh and enjoyable, and I especially liked the fresh ginger booster. However, the bread selection was a bit disappointing, and on one of the days the bread was stale, which detracted from the experience. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. While you can occasionally hear neighbouring doors slamming, it didn’t significantly affect my sleep, and overall the room was a great place to rest. The bathroom was also generously sized. The water pressure could have been stronger for a more enjoyable shower, but it was perfectly acceptable, and I did appreciate the rainfall shower feature. A nice bonus was having Sky Sports available in the room, which made for a relaxing evening watching football on a day where we were low on energy. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which added to the positive experience. The bar food was fairly average, but I only ate there as a last resort, so it was fine for that purpose. Overall, the hotel offers spacious rooms, friendly service, and good amenities, making it a solid choice for a comfortable stay in London.

Room as expected and staff were friendly. The only criticism would be that the milk was off in the room and so the tea was revolting. Also the flasks of hot water to make tea at breakfast wasn’t hot and so the staff had to bring out my own hot water and coffee at breakfast wasn’t good. But the staff were helpful. Sadly we were woken earlier than expected by loud cleaning staff right outside our door.

Lovely modern functional hot ideal for Evolurion Battersea Park and the former power station now made into an ideal shopping centre. The surrounding areas are attractively planted with trees and shrubs. Pleasantly decorated room with the ensuite current trend windowed into the corners unfortunately the room designer forgot to tractor in the television so it sits ungainly on the dressing table. Major boy error. Aircon was pretty quiet mattress comfortable and good sound proofing and b lack out
