We experienced a very professional and welcoming team. Although we had some bad luck with another hotel, thanks to the staff here we felt comfortable and truly well taken care of. I would especially like to mention Miz, the reception manager, who made us feel welcome from the very beginning and created a warm, family-like atmosphere — please take good care of such valuable staff members. I believe the entire staff was very professional and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, the atmosphere was pleasant, and I would also like to thank Andrei from catering and Daniela from housekeeping for their excellent service.

Hyatt Place East London was fantastic. Warm and friendly staff willing to help with any assistance you may need. The restaurant on site had an amazing dinner and breakfast options. The sky bar has a great view of London while you drink or snack.

Everything was great! The hotel is located in a great location surrounded by shops and restaurants and within half a mile of the tube station. The only feedback I have is that the rooms got kind of cold at night and the heating system was capped for a certain temperature. It was not a deal breaker but I love my room toasty, which didn't seem achievable. Also breakfast was excellent!

Amazing staff at front desk who welcomed us. The hotel gave us some freebies because it was my birthday, which really made the stay special. Sadly, we couldn't make use of the drinks vouchers. Room was very clean and views great of canary wharf skyline. However, room felt much smaller than the photos and not 21sq meters as it says on the room information when booking through this site. It was quite compact and armchair was hidden in a small 1-2sq meter square next to bathroom. Not very soundproof when it comes to sounds in the hallway. You do have everything you need and more, though, fridge, capsule coffee machine, kettle, usb plugs, and more. We enjoyed the location as well. Very close to Aldgate east which quickly takes you to other parts of zone 1 with just Hammersmith & city line or district line. We got free breakfast one day for my birthday and it was quite a nice breakfast considering it's a hotel buffet. Fry up options as well as pastries, yogurts and toppings and a variety of hot and cold drinks, including milk alternatives. If the room had been bigger and not as close to the door, making it feel like you were right in the hallway, this would have been 6 stars!
