Very good hotel and location to Heathrow. Room was of a very high standard. Two restaurants to choose from in the evening and an excellent breakfast with many options. If they call you a taxi be careful. Taxi that came for me did not take me the most direct route to Terminal 4 and cost me likely double what it should have been!

Room was clean to start with, but had to find out during our stay that there would be no housekeeping to clean during our 3 night stay over Christmas. This was not communicated at booking. After complaining the staff cleaned our room the last day. Staff initially when informed were unapologetic and just gave us new towels. Overall an average stay.

Staff are very friendly . Nice hotel , easy to get to and parking is easy . Sky Bar is nice but the food is OKAY. Only criticism is the carpet in the room is very badly stained with coffee marks . Overall a lovely stay

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The entire property is impeccably maintained and modern. My room was spotless, spacious, and clearly cleaned to a very high standard—which I always appreciate. The staff throughout the hotel were professional and welcoming, but I have to give a special shout-out to the team at the Sky Bar. They were absolutely brilliant! Not only were the drinks great, but the service was fast, friendly, and really elevated the whole evening. Whether you're staying for business or leisure, I highly recommend this property.
