The rooms were spotless, the bed was so big and comfy with extra pillows if needed, loved the colour changing lights in toilet/shower room. Stayed at this particular hotel many times, it is our preferred place when we come to London, although it’s expensive and no longer have the discounts they used to offer. Shoreditch location is fab for touristy stuff.

I had an amazing time at citizenM Shoreditch! The hotel itself is fantastic—super stylish, clean, and in the perfect location for exploring the area. The staff were incredibly welcoming and the whole vibe was just great. The only downside to my stay was some loud, rude people staying on my floor, but that's obviously not the hotel's fault at all. Everything citizenM could control was absolutely perfect. This is my 4th time here and I'll definitely be back!
