We had a great stay! The check-in was simple and though they were still finalizing the cleaning and set up for us, it was so nice to have everything so clean and available. It was beautiful, quiet, and spacious for our family of 8!

July 5th - July 8th family trip

Great cabin with a great location that is less than 20 mins from most of the hikes and town. Great for our family and we loved the outdoor fireplace and TV where we spent most of our time while at the cabin. Would book again.

Great Getaway

The house definetly exceeded my expectations! Very clean and the host was very accomodating! It was perfect for two families of 4 to have a quick getaway for 2 nights. Definetly could have stayed longer and enjoyed the outdoors sapce and hot tub some more!

Great little getaway!

Despite what was an awkward check-in finding a couple there that got mixed up on where they were staying, we were able to figure everything out and enjoyed our weekend! The cabin is very cozy. The kitchen definitely could be stocked better with spices/things like Tupperware in the future. We loved the outdoor fireplace and all the beds were comfortable.

Fabulous House

Our group of 10 adults and 1 child had plenty of room in this cabin. The outside TV above a fireplace was perfect for a fall weekend to gather on the deck. We cooked all our meals there and had all the tools to do so. Great time with extended family and close to all the best attractions in Hocking Hills.

Great Hocking Hills Weekend

The house was perfect for three families with 13 people in total and kids ranging in age from 4 to 16. It feels like a remote escape but was just under an hour from Columbus airport so easy to get to. We did lots of hikes in Hocking Hills and explored the town of Logan. Everything we wanted to do was nearby. At the house we had everything we needed and really enjoyed the large deck with outdooor TV, fireplace and cornhole boards. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and pots/pans. There was another TV inside for the kids to watch movies while the adults hung out on the deck watching football. Importantly, the house was very clean and well maintained. We have several folks with sensitive allergies to dust and smoke but had no issues at this house. Kids also enjoyed the hot tub and we spent time at the fire pit which had plenty of room for our large group. Would definitely recommend this house as a great base camp for exploring the area or as a place to spend time with family and friends.

Hocking Hills Vacation

Great place to stay. House was big enough for our family of 4, along with another family of 4 that we were traveling with. Host was very quick to respond to any questions we have prior to and during our actual stay. Would recommend booking.

Great for families

If you have a large family, this is the place. Plenty of room to spread out and lots to do! The 4 bedrooms are reasonable size and beds are comfortable. No en-suite baths though. The 3 full baths were nice sized as well. We didn’t use the bunk beds upstairs but they are a great bonus. Kitchen was reasonably equipped for most meals. Nice coffee maker and they had extra k-cups. Could use a few more dish towels. Outside, the covered porch was awesome. We had great weather but I’m sure it would be a great getaway from the rain. There are two dining tables. I think the pics show a couch and comfy chairs. Some padded furniture would have been nice. Games for kids on porch was a great idea and was used a lot. Fire ring was wonderful! Nice chairs and some wood left. The hot tub was just OK. We are used to a really nice obb n e here at home so that is part of the problem. It’s hot, and the BBC water goes swishy swishy so most people won’t have an issue with it. We did have an issue with the A/C. Upon texting, the owner was quick to send someone out to check it out. He brought a few portable A/C units. It was cool out and we just opened the windows. He checked in a few other times over the weekend and did his best to make the situation better…I couldn’t ask for more than that. Caution: the stairs to each level are steeper than normal staircases. If there’s an elderly person in your family, it might be challenging to navigate the stairs. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Hocking Hills Hideaway

Martin was a great host from the very beginning. His communication was spot on and timely. We couldn't have asked for a better cabin in the woods. With a stay of 11 adults, found the cabin provided plenty of room for everyone, especially with the covered deck. Thanks again Martin!
