We stayed overnight for our trip from Ga to AZ and found it lovely and inviting, complimentary breakfast was great, we woke rested and ready for next leg of journey . Definitely recommend the urban cottages!!
This property has definitely been the best place I’ve stayed at! It was so homey, spacious, and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it to anyone else and will definitely be staying here again!
We had a lovely stay in the beautiful Urban Cottages we rented for our multigenerational families to stay together while attending a wedding in town. It was a home away from home that had unique history and antiquities, lovely nooks and gatherings areas, wonderful entertainment of games, Roku TV & movies, and outdoor relaxation with bird watching, etc. I especially loved the awe of our teenagers and our 30ish-agers... they all learned things and were so appreciative of the history, architecture, furniture, dish ware, etc... The 3 and 5 year old loved the phone and the many rooms to run through and hide; and of course the yards too! One and all loved and enjoyed each and every bite from the breakfast baskets. In addition it was a special treat to have the teenagers make breakfast of waffles one morning and the next morning to have the granddad make breakfast of eggs and bacon! Memories are priceless! Our hostess was wonderful! She was a text or phone call away!
We were in town for my son’s graduation and the family was able to stay here together. It is a beautiful historical home with plenty of space to gather or spread out. The back yard space was lovely as well. I highly recommend!!
The location was great for our conference downtown. The breakfast really topped things off. There were 6 of us here and we rented the entire property and it could not have been more comfortable. The host was always responsive and amazing. Great place to stay in Little Rock.
This was a delightful stay in older Little Rock with a warm and charming house that has multiple bedrooms, baths and sitting areas. Great ambience and quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were well stocked, along with lots of hot water and water pressure. No dishwasher, but part of the fun was washing dishes together in one of the two kitchens. We will come back!
We had a great time at this property! The cottages were clean and well stocked. The backyard was large and great for outside time. It was nice to have our own space, yet still be able to hang out in the various sitting areas. I would definitely stay here again if we go back to Little Rock!
We absolutely LOVED staying at the Rosemont Cottages for our girls weekend! Beautifully maintained historic duplex had plenty of space for our five women and three teenage girls to spread out. Main living room has a fireplace and room for us to all come together and relax, and the main dining room was perfect for our evening meal. The beds and linens were soft and cozy, and the property has lovely antique furniture pieces throughout.
We did have some confusion with the listing on vrbo. It states at the top of the listing that there are 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, but that is not correct. There are 4 separate bedrooms, one of which has 2 beds in it, and there is also a pull out sofa bed in the living room. Additionally, I did not fully understand the layout of the property based on the vrbo detailed description. This place has THREE private entrances and each can be rented individually. There is an interior door that connects TWO of the three cottages, but the third cottage does not have an interior door connecting it to the others. So the person who stayed in that cottage had to go outside and come in through a separate front door to join the rest of us. Great if you have someone who wants more privacy, but not ideal if the weather is bad, for instance, and they have to put on shoes and coats to walk over to be connected to the rest of the group.
Overall, my girlfriends all loved it, and I believe would want to stay here again if we take this same girls trip next year!
