This is the most beautiful apartment in Lisbon in which you could ever hope to stay. The location is right next to the pedestrian street Augusta (full of shops and restaurants) and the view is of the Rossio plaza. The room we stayed in, number 14, was directly over the arch in the street. It is elegantly decorated and spotlessly clean. The rooms (living room and bedroom) are quiet with modern double-paned glass windows. We slept well in the comfortable large bed with quality linen and pillows. The kitchenette area is an island in the large living room and is fully equipped. The hosts left us all sorts of treats and were always available by email. They made us feel very welcomed. They also helped us arrange airport transportation which was both reliable and reasonably priced. There is an elevator in the building very helpful for luggage. However, if you are mobility impaired you need to be aware that there are a few stairs (maybe 3 or 4) needed to get to the elevator and also inside the apartment (maybe 6 or 7) to get from bedroom to living room. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Our stay was absolutely incredible and so memorable thanks to the wonderful team here. We came to celebrate my birthday and had an amazing time. The apartments are spacious and beautifully curated. The location is absolutely perfect and central to so many things. The cleanings and fresh towels were much appreciated. The staff was the best part, they communicate so kindly and efficiently - they even booked us a private car service to / from the airport which I 100% recommend and it made everything completely stress free. They also coordinated with my friend, in a difference country, on a little birthday surprise in our room! Absolutely will stay here again and definitely recommend it to all who are coming to Lisbon!

I usually stay in hotels with just the room but staying here has changed my mind. The apartment was spacious, clean had a great view of the Sq and is everything and better than I could have asked for. Beautiful building central location to everywhere with metro, buses and trams all nearby. Shops and restaurants all araound you. Thankyou to the team for excellent communication throughout the whole stay. I would gladly recommend and would definitely co e back here if I was in Lisbon again.

The location is exceptional—within walking distance of many of Lisbon’s most popular landmarks and surrounded by fantastic dining options. This place was amazing! I cannot recommend this place enough. Excellent location, excellent apartment very clean, ideal location extremely responsive and friendly staff. I traveled to Lisbon with my wife and two young kids in the apartment was perfect. I would definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful stay at Residentas. My husband and I were traveling with our three children. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and used the couch bed which worked perfectly. The apartment was clean, colorful and very comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring Lisbon on foot. We were presently surprised that the apartment was quiet despite the Christmas festival happening immediately outside! We would definitely stay here again!
