Breakfast was superb. Staff was excellent, especially Denise, who went above and beyond to assist us with directions, dining, etc... We gave the hotel 4 stars overall, because of the all night noise from the homeless people residing on the street outside of our window. They could be observed dealing drugs, lighting cooking fires on the street, and yelling and fighting into the night. Too bad, because this hotel excelle in so many areas!

This was a nice hotel in a good location for Lisbon. We walked or used Uber mostly getting it at the Hard Rock Cafe or just up the street. There is a wonderful brunch restaurant about a blockto the right of the hotel. The Italian restaurant to the right of our hotel, on the left side is excellent. We ate there twice. The Portuguese restaurant right next to the hotel was good for lunch and the people were very nice. We didn’t have a car and didn’t need one for this location. We enjoyed the Tuk Tuk ride, the Fada concert, tram 28, we tried to do the sailing trip, but it was raining. Recommend that you bring umbrellas, but if you forget, we were able to pick them up for five euros each. even in the rain we enjoyed Lisbon.
