Beautiful flat, good area

Beautiful, new flat in a good area of Lisbon. Two minor issues: Checking in was difficult as no one answered our first calls, then the management company wouldn't provide the door and apartment codes until we were literally at the unit. Lastly, the poor view from the flat wasn't disclosed--it's new construction with lots of dust and noise to impossible to open the flat windos for fresh air.
