The first room I was assigned to was supposed to be a non-smoking room, it reeked of cigarette smoke, the second room was supposed to be ready to go and it was not, so the 3rd room was clean and in order but it had bugs in it. (Japanese Beetles and another big fly) or something, also none of the ice machines worked. But the staff was very helpful and we had plenty of towels.

No ice, key cards didn’t work, no towels, breakfast was only stocked once, staff sat at the front desk on their phones with no interest in helping customers nor their jobs. Thankful for the pool even though we were told closing time was 11 on the phone and come to find out it was 9:00. Front desk guy was kind enough to give us until 9:30. If this is owned by Hilton (Kathy Hilton needs to do some upgrades and give the place a facelift)

The room was great, there were a few issues like a hole in the bathroom door. Overall room is fine. The main problem was the elevator, ice, internet and washing machines weren't working. They were all out of order. So if you needed any of those, no luck.

Cons : Deadbolt lock on door didn’t work, bathtub drain stopper didn’t work (had to shove a rag into drain to take a bath) Pros : Clean room, comfy bed, breakfast was okay Neutral : Nice that they had a pool (smelled pretty strongly of chlorine) Overall, compared to the other hotels in this specific area i would stay again but if I would choose to drive a little further for better hotel options if I redid my trip.
