Location was good. Hotel lobby was under construction ( not informed) made in inconvenient to access pool. Rooms need updates. Leaky shower.

The room was outdated. No microwave, sliding door & the drawers were difficult to open and close. When we arrived had to go to the 3rd floor to another building and then back down to the 1st floor due to construction. Kinda disappointed. But hey, it's still Hawaii!

Room had no drinking glasses, no decaf coffee. We requested glasses and gave up after 30 minutes. Asked for garden room and got construction site view. Disappointed. Now boyfriend is looking for plug to use for cell phone and it’s making it miserable for me! Never again!!!!!!

Our ocean view newly renovated king room was lovely. Regular hotel size but tasteful furnishings and bright decor with great view of pools and ocean. They are currently renovating the lobby but thus did not impact our enjoyment of the resort.

I have stayed here more than once and was so excited to share with friends, But I was surely disappointed. I do understand that the hotel is under renovations however, there is a real inconvenience getting to your room. We had to take a couple elevator rides not to mention the walk. A pool employee also told us that he couldn't help us because he was closing although it was 440 pm and says they close at 5 pm. Than proceeded to tell us that he couldn't scoop us ice cream because his ice cream scooper was broken? The rooms are dated and the carpet in our room was damp our entire stay. The front desk also did not seem interested. It was unfortunate.

Room was outdated, bed was shaky and unstable. Lobby under construction. Alternate entrance area around ballrooms was unappealing and crowded. Had to go up to the 3rd floor, walk across to another elevator to go to the 1st floor just to visit the pool or beach. Grassy area before beach unlit and wet. Beach itself was full of trash from the ocean. Total opposite experience of other resorts we stayed in on Kauai.

The resort is under construction, there was a funky order in building 3. There’s was no main lobby we had to go walk through 2 buildings, 2 sets of elevators to get to our room. The Starbucks, bar and restaurant where very disappointing,

The hotel was under construction and we were not notified. It made getting to our room highly complicated and hard to get to ect. I booked hotel beacuse my kids saw the picture of a water slide. It was closed and so was the hot tub.
