The location was great, right on the beach and the area was quiet and relaxing. It had golfing, close proximity to the beach and walking trails along the shore. We had an ocean front condo a few feet from the ocean and you can't forget the chickens that are everywhere. the main drawback was its location to shops and stores. the stores are close but the traffic is terrible and the Island has road construction everywhere. You have to be patient but its well worth the price for Paradise.

Kauai business trip

Property was clean and very functional, we cooked a lot and went to the Beach, which was just a 100’ from the lanai gorgeous sunsets and great sunrises. The location is in my most favorite spot in Kauai, the condo is located out of the way and easy access to the airport without catching contra traffic and is situated central enough that your close to stores and an easy get away to the south and North.
