The hotel stay was excellent, my whole family of 4 (2 adults + 2 teens) loved this hotel. We booked a studio room (double bed and a bunk bed). Room was very clean with a small kitchen area, dining table and a sofa. It is close to ski station and many eateries within walking distance. The reception area at level 4 was superb! You can just sit and relax at the lounge area there, relaxing and enjoyjng the beautiful mountain scenery. Our boys loved to play chess at the lounge area. There is on-site parking, laundry facility and vending machines selling drinks and snacks. The reception staffs were all very courteous and approachable. Highly recommended!

Very nice stay

Room very modern and clean. Service extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Only two small points for improvement: 1) there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom sink. I think it may be from the strange waste valve canister which was used as an alternative to a standard plumbing P-trap. 2) the bed was slightly uncomfortable — kind of thin and springy feeling. But everything else was good during our stay.

We loved staying here in Lienz! The rooms were spacious and beautiful. The hotel was very close to the downtown area of Lienz so we could walk to dinner. The staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet is really good!

Lovely modern room, very nicely decorated. Comfy cosy bed, powerful big shower, good air conditioning. Hotel is perfectly located just off the top of the main street. Short walk to the train station and lido.

Amazing experience! Beautiful reception area on 4th floor offers a wall of windows, glass doors, and a patio out to mountain views. Very comfortable room. Hikes nearby.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The easy check-in, the room was very nice and comfortable, breakfast (with an amazing view) was plentiful and delicious. We came into Lienz on the train and it was an easy walk to the hotel from the station. The hotel is conveniently located a few hundred feet from one end of the shopping district, which leads to the town square. Having the service point was helpful - I was able to get a few needed supplies and if we needed to wash clothes (which we did not), the availability of washers and dryers was nice to know about. Highly recommend this hotel!
