Location is good if you are looking for a place close to the airport when flying in or out of CR. The air conditioning in our room was not working which made it hard to sleep given how how the room was (top floor of the building). I’d recommend asking for a lower floor just in case the room has poor air conditioning

The room was clean , staff was courteous. The free breakfast doesn’t start till 6 am we needed to be at the airport by 530 am. They could have at least had coffee for the people leaving early . But they didn’t . Now I know they will say they have coffee in the room but it’s not the same. I think you know that

Expedia ruined this not the hotel. Expedia charged me for the room, told me I had reservation, but apparently never bothered to tell the hotel. So no rooms available for an already paid reservation. And can find no way to contact Expedia about it as trying the only thing I can find which is their ai "assistant" claims I don't have a reservation. While the app tells me I do and Expedia requests reviews of the reservation their useless ai claims I don't have. The hotel said I was the 4th person that week coming in with Expedia reservations that Expedia neglected to actually make with the hotel. I guess is new way for Expedia to make more money.

My air conditioner failed at night and I called front desk and no answer. The bathroom door never closed and we were sharing a room with no privacy to go to the bathroom. Only one bottle of water the first day and we were 3 people.
