This home was in a perfect location for us. Close to the attractions we had planned to visit and to friends in town. Very quiet neighborhood. Just wish it had been warmer so that we could enjoy the backyard.

Great place to watch UK basketball

Great place and location. Neighborhood is very quiet. The house is nicely decorated, the kitchen was well stocked, and the bed was comfy. There was a University of Kentucky basketball game while we were there and the TV made it easy for us to enjoy it. The patio area was a nice feature but could use some cleaning and TLC.

Great potential, challenging communication

We really enjoyed the house, its location, and the smooth check-in process. However, communication with the property managers was disappointing—very different from my past experiences with hosts. I reached out three times and never received a response.The house itself had a few concerns. The countertop appeared unstable and potentially unsafe, and the bedroom blinds let in a significant amount of light from the street, making it difficult to sleep.That said, the location was fantastic, and the price was great—so perhaps it’s a case of getting what you pay

The house was extremely welcoming. Our bed was great after a LONG drive to KY. It has everything we needed to enjoy time with our daughter n her boyfriend. (who just moved to Lexington) The location was near everything we needed to be at and the host was excellent in his response time with questions or suggestions. The house itself was okay-ish for a one night stay.The fenced private back yard and location were great.Under the beds and bathroom shower could have been cleaned much better for the cleaning rate they chargeCommunication was difficult! I emailed asking about when I would receive the access code, etc. No response. Emailed the morning of check in, no response. Had to contact VRBO and have them reach out to get any information. After arriving late from traveling all day, I got my child in the bath only to realize there were no towels of any sort in the house. Emailed the property manager and was given a code to access the cleaners closet. Good thing we were only staying one night because there were only 3 towels in there ( enough for each of us). Since my daughter was already in the tub we ended up using paper towels to dry her off!! While the response we received was apologetic, that is not acceptable. There was also no “welcome book”, or check out information available to us. The location was great but will not stay again

We stayed 3 nights to drop our daughter off to college. Everything was neat and clean and all necessities were there down to coffee and creamer! We enjoyed the basket of goodies too. The only only complaint is there should be a code lock instead of keyed as my husband lost the ONLY key.Thankfully a locksmith was called by management to get more keyes made but that was pretty lengthy. Exactly as advertised and then some

Everything you need to have continuity of family is here. In other words you need nothing but yourself and family (dog included) The back yard is entirely fenced in. So no worry about any escaping pups. It was an absolute blessing to find this place. We were able to focus on relaxing and making memories. We would definitely book again.

Oter than the yard needing mowing the overall stay was nice. Easy access to shopping and the freeway! Also place was clean and comfortable! We did not bring our pooch, but it was great yard for a dog with a nice fence!

All in all this not a bad place to stay. It’s a small 2 bedroom 1 bath ranch home. Neighborhood safe and quiet. It was clean inside the home. Some of the down falls. It was difficult to unlock the pad lock on the front door. Backyard needed the grass cut and it could have use a weeding job.

Loved it !!!

Other than the small trash can in the kitchen, no complaints about anything. Loved the location, the size of the home, the fenced in backyard (we had our dog with us). The power went out while we were there (no fault of the owners) but they offered to move us to another property. We liked the property so much that we didn’t want to leave. The power was back on within a couple hours. We will stay here again.
