The room was fine. However we never had hot water in the shower or sink. I called the front desk and was told they would look into it. On our way out of the hotel to go to dinner I mentioned it again to the front desk worker and was told they would they would “investigate.” When we came back from dinner still no hot water. Got up the next morning, no hot water. I was told they would put “points” on my loyalty account but really I just wanted a hot shower. If I’m gonna pay this much for a hotel room I would enjoy basic amenities.
