Did not realize this was an extended stay establishment, my bad. It was a bit sketchy to say the least. Room was not very clean. There was trash between the shelving and the tv stand, food stains (or something) on the walls and dirt smudges/streaks on the floors. Back entry door did not lock so anybody could come and go, which ended up being to my benefit when I was locked out of my room(silver linings). Main issue: They did not have readily reliable staff in case an issue arose. Staff only man the front during certain times of the day. You have to call an after hours number for anything after the designated times. My keycard stopped working and I could not get into my room. I called the after hours number and was redirected to a Verizon automated system that was not set up. After almost 2 hours of trying to reach someone who could assist, I finally saw someone enter the employee only area. When I first engaged this person, she was less than enthused and a bit hostile. She then directed me to use the phone on the wall and someone would be with me. I let her know that the number was not working and I’ve been trying to get a hold of somebody for the last 2 hours she then scoffed asked me what my room number was took my card and got it reactivated. To her credit she did get me back in, it was early in the morning and probably not her job. All in all I will pass on this property in the future.

Bed was hard then a rock... there no breakfest service since there are kitchenettes. The front desk sit behind a bullet proof glass soo it kinda makes you wonder especially it wasnt in that bad of a neighborhood
