This home offers four spacious bedrooms, three full baths, a well-appointed kitchen, and a speakeasy-style Bourbon Room. Sit back, lift your spirits, and welcome to the Woodford House!

This house is very, very clean! The woodwork and original features are beautiful. Walkable to downtown shops, restaurants, and a coffee bar. Very close to distilleries and shopping (short drives). Loved the charm of this 1890’s house. It was perfect for our needs while attending a wedding at the Ripy House. Very close to everything we needed! Craft pizza, wedding venue, and Hype Nutrition all within minutes! We really enjoyed the bourbon room to lounge in and visit with family while in town! And the coffee bar was very well stocked! Highly recommend!
