We enjoyed our stay! The host was very responsive and helpful every step of the way. The backyard, pool and hot tub were a hit! It is all very well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet, nice and easy to get to. If we're ever in Vegas again, we would definitely stay here. Thank you!

Excellent hosts!

When we arrived, the pool was overflowing. But the hosts were on it immediately. So helpful, and very on top of it all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful inside and out.

Phenomenal

Property was well advertised from the pictures posted. Property management team responded within 3-5 minutes for any questions I had. Amenities and accommodations were excellent. Had access to Wi-Fi and all streaming networks, kitchen accessories were a plus. Great customer service and overall experience

Worst Experience

This was the worst trip I have ever bern on. When we arrived, the refrigerator was broken and was not fixed for over 24 hours all of our food that we bought was spoiled. When we arrived, there were dirty dishes in the sink and the sink was backed up and food was coming up from the drain. The communication was horrible. Every time you try to reach out to someone nobody would get back to you for hours. They Finally, they sent a tiny little cooler when they found out the fridge was broken and I could only fit maybe five items in it. This place is disgusting. The communication is horrible. The appliances are old. I would never stay here. If I can get this negative stars I would.

Super Clean and Quiet

Had a great stay for a long weekend with adult kids. Everything was as advertised and the communication was great. We received all check-in info multiple times with very helpful tips and rules, and the property team checked in with us after arrival and again the next day to be sure we had everything we needed and to answer any questions. It really showed they cared about our experience and satisfaction. Great amenities with the coffees, spices, cooking supplies and oh those towels! Friendly neighbors, tranquil community. Will happily stay there again.

Clean, comfortable, family friendly home

Our family of 5 (ages 12 and up) thoroughly enjoyed this bright, open, clean, and well taken care of property. We enjoyed the neighborhood and friendly next door neighbors. We felt safe staying in this location and appreciated the close proximity to shops and grocery stores, restaurants and fast food places, and the strip. The home was stocked with plenty of items to make the stay comfortable. Plenty of towels, laundry soap and dryer sheets, dishwashing soap and cleaning supplies, as well as trash bags and basic toiletries. We were able to cook with the kitchen supplies and prepare many of our own meals. The back yard was dog friendly with a turf area. The pool and hot tub were clean, well maintained, and ready for use as soon as we arrived! The kiddos especially enjoyed the pool table. All of the beds were very comfortable. And the house had plenty of seating areas for us. My only suggestion of improvement for future stays would be to hang some block out curtains in the 2 bedrooms that face the street. Lights from passing vehicles kept us awake for the first couple of nights until we naturally adjusted to them. Thanks!
