Place is a mess, clearly ownership is just treating the place as a cash cow, nothing appears to be fixed or maintained. Crumbling drywall, heater blows hot air but is so noisy and loud that you can't use it, doesn't appear to have a thermostat so it's either too hot or too cold. There were no blankets available so they gave us a bunch of sheets, we were freezing. The shower head was broken and sprayed water all over the bathroom. Carpet was really gross, you can tell it hasn't been changed in decades. Place overall is run down, the staff was nice enough to deal with but you can see they obviously don't have a lot to work with. We stayed here because it was the closest place available during CES week, so we had no other options really.

They lost my reservation, did not have a room, then magically had a room with 1 bed (for 3 grown men) when i got to the room there were no blankets or pillows. i asked for some and they told me they had all been stolen, and could not give me any. Sounds like something i'd make up, but i'm not that clever. I shivered in this stinkhole til the sun came up and got out as fast as possible.

First of all Orbiz should visit these motels before putting them on their website. That was the worst motel I have ever stayed in and I am a bus driver so I have seen some dumps but this was bad , the lady at the counter had a problem with explaining how she is spending my money she states she needs a $50.00 deposit but only $25,00 will be refunded after they inspect the room . Please tell me what was there to steal the bed was sitting on the box on the floor , 3 sheets no blanket, 4 night stay 2 towels , no clock ,TV was mounted to the wall over a entertainment unit no showing TV in bed , the carpet was filthy, the only reason i stayed was it was the weekend of the fight and a couple of convention and I wanted to stay on the north side for my life long girl friend 70 the birthday party believe me if I could have gone to Walmart or somewhere a gotten a air mattress I would have but I had nowhere to put it ... As soon as I could I got out of there to anothet motel much nicer and the same money , check it out room 216 but please don't check in ... I will have to think about using Orbitz again , first time and possibly the last . Location was not bad but room was , check it out before your company continue to sale their product...

Locks on door were broken, signs of bed bugs, bullet found by bed (discharged), and a horrible smell due to sewage. The staff were rude with the exception of the night staff, Barb. No comforters only sheets and they don't clean everyday. We got our money back.

Thought I was getting a room with mini fridge and microwave. Smokey smell in hallway, room needed attention,/repairs.

Ok visit. I only stayed due to my work and was close to my assignment.

This place was a pretty good price for a last minute booking so I gave it a shot. It wasn't a spectacular place but good enough for a roof over my head and conveniently right next to the freeway. There were a couple good restaurants right nearby as well. The fresh fruit flavored water that they have at the front desk was the best.

This hotel is right off the interstate but you'd never know it: the rooms are so quiet I never heard a thing. Some restaurants nearby, freeway exit down the street for easy access. Room was clean and comfortable.

This motel was very dirty. The ceiling in the bathroom was falling into the tub. The motel is in a bad neighborhood; however the staff was friendly.

We were initially put off by the motel's location. It's wait out, far away from anything we would have wanted to do as a family. Is that the motel's fault? No, not really, but don't stay here of you're hoping to get out and explore conveniently. It would be different if it was far away but on a good area...it wasn't. In fact, upon expressing my concerns about the location to my best friend who is a local she said "as long as it's not near Cheyenne, you should be fine. Guess what? THIS MOTEL IS ON CHEYENNE. lovely. It was too late to unbook it. When we arrived, there was a woman yelling at the staff for losing her reservation. A man who claimed to be the manager came out to talk to her wearing blue jeans and a wife beater tank top...is this real life?! The only room they had available for us was a smoking room. Luckily it didn't smell heavily of smoke but it did smell like cheap men's cologne...bleh. The beds were hard and we were allotted one pillow each and one towel to share. The shower's water pressure was so hard that I felt like I had just escaped a brutal beating upon emerging. Oh! I almost forgot the best part. Our room was underground. UNDERGROUND. When we opened the curtains to let some light into our incredibly dark living quarters, we came face to face with a wall. Would I stay here again? No. Are you going to die if you stay here? Probably not. Just don't expect a relaxing weekend getaway.

Our room wasn't ready until 4 - an hour after check-in, ruining our plans for the evening. After FINALLY getting a room it was gross - the bedspread was covered with dog hair, there was dog food on the floor and the room smelled like dog. They gave us a new bedspread and left a bottle of Febreeze in the room. The fridge was broken and froze all our food, and furniture and appliances were literally falling apart. Too bad, the room was big and laid out well and with a little decent management it looks like it would be a nice place!

Had bed bugs when informed did absolutely nothing about it gave me extra sheets

it was ok , but needs a lot of improvements. The pillows are very cheap little ones that only came with 3 pillows for a king size bed, they need at least 4 pillows and better ones that are fuller. Closet was dirty on upper shelves, Not enough towels. no casino in motel

Had a nice overnight stay. Showing some minor wear but clean and staff helpful. Had a whirlpool tub in my room. Wish I had had time to check it out!

Room was clean and staff was amazing. The only problem we had was the shower didn't function right.

The room was spacious, well-equiped, clean, and comfortable. The staff were courteous, friendly, and responsive. [...]
