Our room was near starbucks we got a nice cortado every morning, the staff was very polite. Room was spotless. Quick check in and ckeck out process

I booked the trip months in advance and requested 3 rooms next to each other all king rooms with pool views. Once reaching the property I was told they had no king rooms only double beds and nothing with pool views unless we were willing to the separated on different floors. That was unacceptable being I have guests unfamiliar with the area and a young daughter in a room only.They then found 3 rooms same floor strip view but after entering all the rooms are only view was construction sites and equipment. I’ve been to Vegas multiple times not a bad hotel staff was friendly but the confusion with the rooms was a let down.

Good place to stay on The Strip at a reduced rate. Check in was a bit chaotic. They charge to check in early but did take our bags and hold them while we explored.

Horrible experience staying here, only con was that it was in middle of strip but wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, when I got there parking was 20$ a day which I feel should be free for people staying there,the pool was closed and it was signs saying to go to other hotels,no charging port in my room was properly working,I had to use bathroom port,I was being harassed by a security guard in the parking lot two days in a row,I felt like he was watching me,when I called desk to at least get my resort fee back because I wasn’t enjoying anything at this hotel even gambling here felt like your just throwing your money away.when I went to gamble at Linq or venitian i won big and it was better vibe ,I would never stay here or recommend anyone to stay here ,just use em for parking to be in the middle of strip

Room was clean and quiet. Casino wasn't smokey. Very disappointed the pool was under construction. I called ahead to make sure it was open, and was told it was. Our option was to go two hotels over to the Flamingo family pool.

In the center of the strip near everything. We did late check out at 4pm for an extra 60 bucks. Great deal since our flight wasn’t till 10pm. Pool was closed for maintenance but they send you to another hotel if you want to use a pool

Overall it was nice but be prepared to spend a TON of money. No coffee in the room but you can pay 11.99 then 6.99 for a bottle of water. I ended up ordering kcups and water from insta cart. There is a cafe in the lobby and a Starbucks, but again, expensive and after all the gambling and NEVER winning you need every penny you can get lol!! Keep in mind, there is also a $45 daily resort fee and parking fee on top of the balance you pay to orbitz. The piano bar was so fun and there is a bar outside in between Harrah's and Linq. I think it is called the carnival bar?? So fun and great bands!!! Last, bring hand soap (not provided) and ask for extra towels right at the start! We had three guests in our room and they only gave us enough for 2. I called to request more and it took longer than I wanted to wait. Sorry I'm not trying to complain just trying to help others!! They do supply shampoo conditioner and body wash. Not that best but it's there is you need it which is helpful .

The room was very clean, the staff friendly and knowledgeable. Easy checkout. Great location!

Employees were friendly. Nickel and dime fees seem excessive. Seemed to be a language barrier with some of the employees. More receptacles in the room would be nice along with more open suitcase space.
