They gave my room away and had to settle for 2 queen beds. They did give me a $100 credit and $100 off but the room I got was a little questionable. The sink was clogged and the mini fridge didn’t work.

The hotel charges additional $60 for resort fee, which is not shown when you book via Expedia. It would be better to have all the fees and information disclosed during booking. Other than that, the hotel stay experience was really nice. Friendly staff. Clean and modern room interior. Nice hot tub and pool in winter time. I want to specially mention the "Expedia VIP program". Got the perks of free upgrade to highest floor available with awesome strip view; some credits for restaurant - the cafe was amazing; and extended check-out hours.

Stayed two nights, very happy with the stay. Very safe - security manning access to guest elevators. Modern and clean, high tech rooms - lighting and drapes controlled with a tablet. Food court options were decent and the vibe of the dining area was upscale, not a standard food court. Couldn't find a casino table with a minimum bet less than $25. Waited in a short line to check in and received a complimentary glass of wine!!

The hotel is very nice but the customer service is not up to par with the number of stars that the hotel is supposed to be. I waited 20 minutes to check-in at 9pm after a very long and tiring trip. Then I needed information from the front desk and since they were swamped, nobody could answer. I had to come downstairs and they sent me to do the line again because they were still checking people in.
