We had a lovely stay at this villa complex, that shared a pool with about a dozen other properties, we were only there for 6 days, but during that time we had the pool to ourselves. bars and restaurants were about an 8 minute walk which was fine for us, and about 20 minutes to get in to the main part of PDC. Would book again.

Lovely bungalow but unfortunately we were not warned about the pipe laying all round the area this went on for the whole month and the dust and noice made it not a relaxing month

Superb

Just returned back home after staying for a week. Have to say after traveling to Lanzarote 6 times in the past 7yrs and staying in different apartments/villas this has to be the best one yet. Communication with Dean was a pleasure nothing was to much trouble. Had a problem with the water on the second day but this was dealt with in no time. The villa was very clean and was in a quiet residential area. Liked the villa so much I have booked it again next year. Would definitely recommend

Lovely villa in a great location

Pennlee is well kitted out, and the service from Dean and his staff was excellent. The villa is in a good location with easy walking access towards PDC and also towards Matagorda. Already booked for next year.

Villa in a quiet location, with friendly neighbours. Beds comfortable, villa clean, bathroom a good size. Well stocked kitchen. We hope to stay again!

Good location for uninterrupted sun worship

Nice bathroom and sitting out area, bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space. Great tv options. Pool is down some steps, but you would need to take your loungers down yourself and the pool is behind glass fence, so didn’t seem appealing. Very quiet location and some days you might not see anyone - which was fine. 10 min walk to restaurants and supermarkets. Recommend gym 2 miles in old town. Air conditioning only in lounge, which wasn’t great as 2 fans in bedroom needed to be on. Air conditioning needed emptying daily as it is connected to a water bottle. Crockery is a mishmash of different styles. For the price it feels like the air conditioning and crockery need updating. Overall enjoyable

Lovely villa in a peaceful street centrally located between Puerto Del Carmen strip and Matagorda. 25 minute walk to main strip, 10 to matagorda. Local Spar and a couple of restaurants around 7 minutes walk, bit hilly but easy enough to get around. Everything listed that the villa offered was available and all in good working order. Didnt need to contact the owners for anything, they send very detailed instructions for everything before arriving. Pool was really clean and looked lovely although didnt need to use it, the beach is very close to the villa and is not very busy. Would highly recommend staying here.

Very nice stay. The villa is comfortable but the bed in the main bedroom could be better and bigger! Great shower and a very useful laundry. Good choice!

Fantastic property

The property had everything that we wanted was clean and well presented and comfortable. The only problem we had was the wifi on our arrival but when we contacted the agent they were very apologetic and sorted this. The property was in a quiet residential area and had a wonderful private garden area that had the sun all day. It was conveniently situated to the beach and local amenities. We would definitely book this property again.

Had a lovely stay. Nice quiet location as described meaning a peaceful nights sleep.

A pleasant stay. Not good if you can’t walk far. The nearest supermarket is only 7 minutes away but a bit of a hill.

Perfect for a couple

Modern Villa in a peaceful location but just a 10 minute walk to the beach. The Villa was lovely and clean with more than adequate facilities. Would recommend this if you like peace and quiet.

Great little villa.

Just returned from 2 weeks at this villa. Excellent place to stay in a quiet location. Very clean property and has all amenities you can wish for. Small complex of about 15 villas with communal pool which was a stones throw from the villa terrace. Pool was very quiet even for August. Air con in living area only but both bedrooms have ceiling fans which were fine in the night. Great fast WIFi and smart Tv. Pleasant surprise to have the towels and bedding changed on day 7 also. Great terrace area with shade if needed, dining table and chairs, 4 sun loungers with cushions. Pool towels provided. Location to Los Pocillos beach and nearest Spar supermarket about 7 mins walk down Calle Russia using secure complex gate otherside of pool area. Start of PDC strip about 20 mins walk away, 30 mins walk to casino area. Communication from booking to checking in and whilst there was great. Quick to reply to any emails / queries. Would definitely book the villa again.

Excellent Location

The Villa had most things for a comfortable stay, enjoyed the outdoor terrace and a swim in the pool every afternoon. One toilet roll left for two people on a weeks stay was not enough, also some washing up liquid supplied would have been good. Overall we had pleasant stay
