The house was very clean and decorated very nice. We enjoyed our stay and was perfect for our family! Kitchen was very well equipped with everything that we needed. We will definitely stay at Sunny Snowbird's Retreat when we are in Lake Havasu!

The home was beautiful and we had a gorgeous view of the mountains and lake from our patio. Our host was just a phone call away and he welcomed us, left us suggestions for restaurants and fixed any problem we encountered .
Hot air balloons were seen quite a few mornings, a beautiful sight.
Sunsets were gorgeous sitting on the patio.

We loved our stay at Sunny Snowbird’s Retreat! The host, was incredibly communicative and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The house was sparkling clean, the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed and the house was beautiful and comfortable. It's a short drive to the London Bridge and the neighborhood was perfect for our family. Highly recommend!".

This was the best VRBO we have ever rented in Lake Havasu, California. I highly recommend the property. It’s beautiful. It’s clean. The views are amazing.

Beautiful home!

This is the second time our group (three couples) have stayed at this home as we just love it. Great location, furnishings, accommodations, and amenities. We will be back in the future!

Gorgeous home with gorgeous views!

Loved our stay over Christmas! Everything was clean, nicely renovated and beautiful. Perfect for a group spending time together. The sunset views were amazing! Hard to stay anywhere else once you have stayed here! Will definitely book again! Thank you!

Best house yet!

We’ve stayed in lots of houses in Lake Havasu and this one was the BEST by far! All three couples loved our rooms and the kitchen and living space were perfect for us. The pool is perfect and while the spa is tiny, it was a lovely addition. We’ll be repeat customers for sure!

Three couples came in for a long weekend. We all absolutely LOVED this house! Three very comfortable king size beds, fully equipped spacious, clean kitchen, living and dining area to seat us all comfortably, and a stunning backyard with amazing views! I've stayed in many rentals in Havasu and this one, by far, was my favorite! We will definitely be back!

Second time at this house and it is as advertised or better - Sunset and views are great - Inside is clean and has what you need for your a headache free stay - I had a couple questions on the Pool and owner reached out to me an helped out immediately. We will be back soon.

Great place with awesome an awesome local property manager

We came to town for Super Cat Fest 2024. After being on the water for several hours, it was nice to come back and relax by the pool with the shade from the palm trees. The weather was in the mid 90s and shade was necessary. Rikki, the local property manager for the owner, handled a small issue of replacing some broken lounge chairs. The neighborhood is very quiet and of course, the view from the patio is better than the pics show.

family get away

the place needs some attention wonderful home and location the cleaning crew and mangment lady needs a lesson on customer service its poor dam poor we had endless problems no heat in pool garbrator not working dish washer not working no sink no dish washer for 3 .5 days but everyone had there had wide open for cash like really so maybe another time it might be great but not at the present

Spoil yourself and rent this home!

Check in was a breeze and the property manager was an excellent communicator. The home was super clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked with dishes, small appliances, linens, spices, soaps etc. We have stayed in many homes and I think this is the first one that had quality toilet paper and real Kleenex. (We usually bring tissue with us because this has never happened. lol)The view from the livingroom/kitchen area is INCREDIBLE! The patio, pool area is beautiful. We spent so much time out there. One of the mornings we were out there drinking coffee and there were three hot air balloons drifting right across from us, above the neighborhoods below.The master bathroom has dual sinks, walk in shower and a garden tub. We hated to leave and will definitely try to come back. Thank you for sharing your gorgeous home with us.
