It truly is a great value. I've traveled a lot throughout the eastern US over the past few years. America's Best Value Inn in Lake City is one of the cleanest places I've stayed in. The check-in staff was very pleasant and friendly. Not much of a breakfast, but there are local breakfast places nearby.

Room was clean property overall in disrepair. Many using the property as their primary residence just felt a little unsettling. Breakfast not the best actually about as bad as it gets. Probably wouldn’t stay here again. Just my honest opinion…

This was a good place to spend the night. The employees were friendly and helpful, and there wasn't a lot of noise outside the room. The bed and room were comfortable, but there was one major flaw. There were only 1 set of available outlets in the main room (plus 1 set in the bathroom), and it was nowhere near the bed. That created a difficulty for my husband and I, as we need to charge things at night and also have to plug in some medical equipment. Other than that it was fine. Also, there was only a paper bag breakfast available. Mine had a muffin and a granola bar.
