We stayed in the Alder #55. It allowed a perfect view of mountains and a glimpse of the lake. Everything was clean and the staff was professional and extremely hospitable. The Tavern had a good menu and matcha.

We had the deluxe chalet. The room was very clean, charming and provided everything we needed. The staff were especially accomodating after a noise issue. The grounds were wonderful and the buffet was great. A+ all around for the staff.

My room wasn’t ready. The front desk said they would text me when it was ready, but didn’t because they said they were busy. I didn’t get my room until 5:45pm. The heater clicked and banged all night. It was really hard to sleep. Otherwise, the room was clean and nice. The property is beautiful.
