This is a rare property in Gascony, combining modern comfort with places steeped in history. A charming and cosy holiday home, offering 7 bedrooms with private bathrooms + AC for up to 15 people.
Around the château, the fenced-in grounds provide access to a 20-metre-long XL swimming corridor. A modern pied-à-terre, ideally located in the heart of a bio-committed village and region.
Maison Le Castelpierre is one of the most popular and comfortable places to stay in Gascony. A perfect place for travellers looking for the real thing, without sacrificing the pleasure of a 4-star stay.
The house is 450m2, with 6 double rooms and suites on the first floor (accessible by lift) and a PRM double room on the ground floor. All rooms have air conditioning and TV.
The living areas are spacious, with a fireplace in the lounge, bar and dining room. There is a video projector in the lounge for film evenings. A wellness area with sauna and fitness room are available 24 hours a day. There is also an outdoor table tennis table and the gravelled car park is ideal for a game of pétanque.
The outdoor terraces are perfect for meals, as is the shady lime tree opposite the house. Plenty of garden furniture is available outside. 2 planchas are also available.
The 20 m-long swimming pool is secured by an alarm and roller shutter. We come to test the water quality and do a quick clean-up every evening.
Pets are welcome. The property is fully fenced.
