Gîte tout confort - jardin et piscine

Charming cottage ideal for 2 people, located in the heart of the Monts-de-Vaucluse between Lagnes and Fontaine-de-Vaucluse.

Very comfortable house of 80m2 on one level composed of an equipped and fitted kitchen, a dining area and a living room with sofa bed and television.

A beautiful bedroom with bathroom ideal for a couple.

Outside, enjoy the swimming pool from April 15 to September 15 as well as the pleasant garden with a view of the Monts-de-Vaucluse

The accommodation is not equipped with WiFi

Ideally located to radiate throughout Provence:
- 5 minutes from Isle-sur-la-Sorgue where you will discover a beautiful Provençal market and antique shops

Peaceful oasis

The property was comfortable - good bed, relaxing sofa, efficient shower and air con. Although the property is quiet you can hear the owner’s air con system at night - can be disturbing. The kitchen had the basic items required for simple food preparation and had other equipment specified. We loved the pool and outside seating area - perfect for the hot weather. The location is ideal for visiting local points of interest. Roman was very helpful in answering queries and responding to requests.

Logement avec potentiel mais non optimisé

Logement typiquement provençal idéal avec un chien, bien placé pour visiter le Vaucluse et le Luberon au calme en déconnexion totale (pas de wifi et zone blanche avec les tel portable)Plusieurs soucis rencontrés : le robinet de la douche est grippé, la piscine est non chauffée malgré notre demande et le fait que ce soit précisé sur l’annonce, avec la présence d’algues malgré l’intervention du pisciniste en début de deuxième semaine, la télé satellite est défaillante malgré nos demandes aucun retour n’a été fait alors que l’agence s’y était engagée, l’entretien des espaces verts.Bon à savoir : le compteur électrique ne se trouve pas dans le logement loué mais il est situé dans le logement du propriétaire (absent lors de notre séjour) en effet à la suite d’un orage le compteur principal a disjoncté à 19h et il a fallu attendre 10h le lendemain matin pour récupérer l’électricité (réfrigérateur/congel non alimenté pendant plus de 12h avec une température extérieure 30•C)

Nous avons réservé ce gîte car la piscine était chauffée et à notre arrivée la piscine n'était pas chauffée. La dame qui nous a accueilli nous a dit qu'il arrêté de chauffer en juin.Sur le site, cela n'est pas renseigné. Nous avons parlé avec le propriétaire qui nous a confirmé que la piscine était chauffée toute l'année. Nous avons recontacté l'agence qui allé faire passer le pisciniste. Celui-ci nous a expliqué qu'une pièce du chauffage était cassée et on n'allait pas la réparer. En plus, le matelat était souillé ainsi que la couette, la dame de l'agence l'a bien constaté. Sinon le gîtes est bien situé.

Appartement correct et bien situé au calme.Par contre il y a un fort potentiel mais la location présente un défaut d'entretien : jardin pas entretenu, climatisation en panne, store cassé, piscine annoncée chauffée et qui ne l'est pas, transats en mauvais étatDommage car la location pourrait etre top

Séjour agréable en pleine nature

Très beau gîte, idéal avec notre chien, situé à l'extérieur du village dans un endroit calme mais problème le premier week-end, pas d'eau chaude. Résolu le lundi.Points à améliorer : entretien de la piscine (algues vertes), fonctionnement grippé de la douche et lits solaires usés, à remplacer.

schöne Unterkunft für Paar

Die Wohnung ist sehr hell mit grossem Oblicht und breiter Fensterfront in den kleinen aber schönen Garten mit Pool. Die Küche ist nicht besonders gut zum Kochen eingerichtet, dafür gibt es sehr viele Restaurants in der Gegend. Auch Hunde sind willkommen, was wir sehr schätzten. Lagnes und die nahe Umgebung ist ideal für schöne Spaziergänge und Wanderungen.
