Was pleased how clean the inside and grounds were for the wear a rental gets. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable. Pool, spa was nice with very nice outdoor furniture. Enjoyed family meals outside at the large patio table. Owners provided great games for the family including a shuffleboard and ping pong tables! If weather had been a challenge (although we had great weather to enjoy outside) the inside did not have a large dining table or enough seating in the family room for us to sit together. Great location!

Enjoyed this lovely home in La Quinta. We have a home in Palm Desert that was flooded so our annual June trip needed to be relocated. This was a wonderful home with everything we needed for a fabulous trip.

Very nice well-equipped home. Our group of four senior couples look annually for an escape week to relax and catch up socially. This home fit our group dynamic perfectly. We booked originally for five couples; the home easily accommodates five couples with king/queen beds and individual bathrooms. It is difficult to find a one level home with amenities such as Monroe. First Cousins Reunion

Our party consisted of 80 year old, 70 years old and 60 year old first cousins who haven’t been together in years! Upon arrival everyone was impressed with the beauty and cleanliness of the home and how inviting the pool was! The sunsets were magnificent! I heard no complaints about anything! Everyone loved the place! We loved the Old Town LaQuinta and enjoyed a recommended restaurant by your team, TQLAS it was delicious and accommodating as we had a crowd! Thank you for making our little reunion one for the books and we are looking forward to doing it again!

Huge house with great amenities

Overall this was a wonderful house for two families on spring break! It was clean and kitchen was one of the best rental set ups I’ve ever seen - so many dishes, pans, silverware, utensils- very easy to cook for a crowd! Yard and pool were awesome and the house layout easily accommodated 4 adults and 4 elementary kids. Ping pong table and shuffle board were super fun to have and neighborhood is great for walks. Our only complaints were being blindsided by astronomical cost for heating the pool during our stay - we really had no choice as the pool was a major factor in why we rented the house, so we paid the fee and it was a great temperature, but the way in which we learned the pool would not be heated during the check in process was disappointing and a bit of gut punch in terms of the extra cost of an already very expensive rental. The property management company did a good job with communication, but when I tried to use the service they kept pushing for the local guides/ concierge type service if we needed something, I never got a response. It would have been nice to know when landscapers and pool guy were coming during the stay as people just randomly showed up in the yard - a little disconcerting when you have little kids around.

Beautiful spot for a family vacation

Loved our stay in this spacious home with a beautiful backyard and pool area. Stunning mountain views. Only issue was Avantstay folks took too long to respond each time we reached out. 12+ hours with a beeping smoke alarm was far too long.

Couples Golf Group

We are a group of friends who enjoyed to proximity to the golf courses, grocery store, liquor store and Costco. After a day of golf we like to have happy hour and cooking dinner for ourselves. We also went to the polo match on Sunday. The location was excellent for all we did.

Très belle et grande propriété dans un tres jolie secteur. AvantStay ont été d’un excellent support pour nous fournir quelques item de base, linge de table, verres a vin…) Notez qu’absolument aucun produit alimentaire de base ( sucre, huile, vinaigre…) n’est fournit dans la maison, contrairement a d’autre maison que nous avons loué dans le passé. Tres Belle vu sur les montagne et coucher de soleil. Je recommande.
