Welcome to your tropical retreat in La Fortuna! This spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa offers the perfect blend of privacy, comfort, and location. Each bedroom features its own en-suite bathroom, making it ideal for families or groups traveling together.

It has 4 bedrooms with A/C unit and private bathroom with hot water, fully equipped kitchen, living room area with smart TV, great terrace and private pool with an amazing view of Arenal Volcano, gated property with electric gate, WiFi (100 megabytes download/upload), great open areas so you can enjoy your stay in La Fortuna/Arenal Volcano area.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. There were a lot of ants if anything got left out and a very strong smell of mothballs??? But I think that was to help with the ant problem. The property was in a great location; and the views of the volcano were spectacular. The property management went above and beyond for us.

This home was lovely. Beautiful view of the volcano from the outdoor pool area, comfy lounge areas with hammocks that we definitely took advantage of. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Location was really convenient including a really good restaurant that was three minute walking distance Also next door they have Shetland ponies that had just had a colt that was the probably the cutest thing we’ve ever seen, and became a pit stop every time we arrived and left. :)

The house was perfect. Not over the top fancy but has everything you could need. Full bathroom in every bedroom and a well appointed kitchen. The outside area was awesome. Great pool. Unobstructed view of the volcano and a short walk to everything. Great find. We would stay there again.

House was great- perfectly comfortable, lots of space, pool, hammocks, outdoor patio to relax. Only knocked down one star for cleanliness because there were ants in the kitchen. House otherwise very clean and comfortable. Check in process very easy, staff was great and mad e themselves very accessible by text. Gave great recommendations for local activities and restaurants. Had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend and stay again!

What a view!

We would highly recommend Villa Maria!The house was in a fantastic location, we could easily walk to town, sodas, restaurants and El Salto. It was clean and we felt very safe. The birds were amazing and the views of Arenal when the clouds are away is just unreal. The communication of the property manger was fantastic. They also helped set up transportation and an excursion. They were fast to respond and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend for your trip to La Fortuna. We were 6 adults with 7 teens.

Wonderful work lace in La Fortuna

Our stay was superb from start to finish. The communication with the host was better than any place I’ve ever stayed. As a guest I had made a couple of mistakes in our booking, and Eder/Alan was more than accommodating, he made things happen for us last minute, and I will be forever, grateful for the communication and the knowledge and follow through. I would absolutely book with house of tours again. Thank you for a wonderful stay for our first time in Costa Rica.
