Beautiful, cosy resort "Le Domaine de Fontenelles", 4 storeys. 13 km from the centre of St. Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, 3 km from the centre of Coex, outside the resort, 14 km from the centre of Bretignolles-sur-Mer, in a sunny position, 13 km from the sea, in the countryside, on the golf course. Difficulté pour trouver l'accueil, pas d'internet gratuit, pas de tv gratuite, pas de parasol pour la terrasse manque intimité côté terrasse, mobilier de salon vétuste, cuisine petite mais bien équipée, deux belles salles de bain, 2 belles chambres place de parking assez loin de logement et utilisé par autre résident belle piscine

Unterkunft war sauber und ruhig gelegen. Wifi nur im Bereich der Rezeption und 1 Münzwaschmaschine war über die 2 Wochen defekt. Im Haus keinerlei Reinigungsmittel außer einem Besen. Endreinigung recht teuer für 83 EUR. Gegend ist toll zum radeln, Strand super, nette Orte im Umkreis.Ehebett 140cm mit schlechter Matratze. Keine Mikrowelle.

Déçus car ménage fait de façon superficielle ( masques usagés retrouves dans les chambres, les alèses de lits utilisés par les précédents locataires non pas été changées et appartement non desinfecté). Je trouve inadmissible que les règles d hygiène ne soient pas respectées pour des logements de vacs en période de covid Cafards et araignees sur les murs. Mobilier viellissan Parties communes non entretenues Point Positif : bonne disposition des chambres/toilette pour une famille de 5 personnes.

Notre logement ne correspondait pas aux photos du Site. Apparemment les photos n'étaient pas contractuelles!!! Nous aurions aimés être informés au préalable!! Il n y avait pas de wifi, la télé était payante ainsi que la présence des animaux sur le lieu. Le four et four micro onde étaient vieux et sales. Le ménage était passable. Le volet roulant de la baie vitrée ne marchait pas et idem pour certaines prise électriques . Certains ustensiles de cuisine étaient rouillés. Il n y a pas eu accueil de bienvenue. Tout a été centralisé par à un bureau d accueil informel. Je ne recommande pas ce lieu.

Mon avis est de vérifier bien les lieux après chaque départ surtout quand le ménage est faite par les vacanciers et de prévenir les vacanciers tous anomalies avant leur arrivée et les réparer les dégâts. La télé trop cher pour juste quelques chaînes en 7 jours. Pas de connexion même en 4g difficilement.

la situation générale de cet ensemble est impeccable. la maison est bien faite: cuisine bien équipée, vaisselle en bon état . Point noir: plusieurs couvert avec des restes de repas? une poubelle sans couvercle(les mouches?)la plaque de cuisson mal entretenue mais fonctionne bien malgré de la rouille sur le pourtour. pas assez de place pour tout dire
