Small but spotless room on the 4th floor, the bathroom was beautifully decorated and new. Staff were approachable and friendly, allowed me to leave my baggage there before checking in later that afternoon. Great location, 6 minutes walk from the buzzing Kawaramachi street. 10minutes walk from Shijo station but easy enough connection to Kyoto station.

The Chinese staff are pretty basic. Might be nice to have one Japanese working there as this is Kyoto. The room is clean and nice and the location is perfect. Good hair dryer!

A hotel with great service and a good location!

The front desk was very helpful. I got there earlier than my check in time so I left my luggage there. By the time I came back to get my room, the luggage was already bought up to the room. They also guided me through luggage delivery to my next destination. Even more important was the front desk helped me make a reservation to a restaurant. The location is okay, there’s a 7-11 one block away and Lawson right next door. It was walking distance to Gion, the Nishiki market, and more!
