Good location and helpful staff. This hotel is walking distance to Kyoto station and lots of shops around including a Lawson store. The hotel staff helped in keeping our luggage before check in and after check out. Rooms are decent size (as you get them in Japan) and the property is well maintained.

Front staff did a kind thing. We came early so they held our luggage then put in our room after 3 pm. We came back and our luggage was I. Room! Not huge rooms and has dangerous step off out of washroom. I would highly recommend for the price and location, as well as excellent staff

Very convenient location close to Kyoto station. Great for travelling and exploring Kyoto. Room is quite spacious and quiet, well equipped with everything you need for a restful stay. Decor is a bit dated but that's the only down side really. Staff were friendly and attentive.
