Amazing place to stay in Kyoto

Really good location and easy to arrive from Kyoto Station, just 5 blocks and around 7 min walking, They are really clean, calm and with all the facilities that you need, it's like a little flat. The staff is very friendly and speak English. I really enjoy my stay there and if I back to Kyoto I will stay there, also the room was bigger than I expected, everything was incredible good.

The hotel's location was very convenient (walking distance to the train station and bus stations). The hotel room came with a free wifi smartphone, which you can use to navigate around Kyoto and look up restaurants and locations. It was convenient to wash clothes in our room and dry them in the shower room. The front desk staff was fluent in both Chinese and English and offered helpful tips. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Good hotel

Hotel is a short walk from Kyoto station which is handy, it’s a good 20minutes walk from the main area but there’s lots of good shopping and food when you make it there, hotel is comfortable and basic, rooms are a good size and are clean.

Nice place at a good price

It is located in a quiet but central area an easy 10 minutes walk from Kyoto Station. The staff were really friendly and spoke good english. The room is quite large for Japan standards. It comes with a kitchenette which we only used to boil water. Also has a washing machine plus they provide the washing powder. The bathroom has a hot air drying function which means your wet clothes dry within 3 hours. The wifi was good. the price was very good. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place to stay. Very large unit with kitchen although no utensils /plates. Advantage of having washing machine and drying facilities in the unit. Close to train station / Kyoto tower.

It's close to Kyoto station (10-min walk) and bus stops (5-min walk). The room is nice and clean with everything you need, even a washing machine. The beds are big and comfortable. But for those who want to cook, don't forget to rent cooking tools at reception at the beginning of your stay. Although the reception doesn't open 24 hours, you may leave your luggage in your room on your last day and they will help to move it to the left luggage area. Recommend to all looking for a nice room near Kyoto station.

Just like home

Hotel is more an apartment complex with all basic equipment like stove top, fridge and washer (bathroom is doubled as drying room). Clean and well stocked. Hotel staff was nice and helpful. Walk to Kyoto station in just a few minutes. Located in a quiet residential area across from an elementary school. Supermarkets were a bit far but combinies were close by.

Great stay! Really big room in comparison to everywhere else we stayed on our trip and brilliant location. Really close to the station. Staff were able to receive our forwarded luggage which was extremely useful and our bags were waiting for us in our room when we arrived late at night. Thank you very much!!

Excellent property! Perfect location - very close to JR Kyoto station yet in a quite area. It was approx. 10 minute walk from Kyoto station. In-room laundry facility and kitchenette. Highly recommended!

Perfect stay

Amazing guesthouse in walking distance to station, yet a calm and cosy place. I have been staying already three times and will come back. The rooms are spacious, well equipped with kitchen and washing machine. The service is lovely and very personal. Such a great little gem!

Amazing place and area
