We booked 3 rooms and we were very very happy with the hotel and especially the staff. Franky from concierge was a top guy and always providing top service. Front desk was also top marks!! They helped us with doing the consignment note for our luggage transfer the day before to Tokyo. When we checked out, it was just a matter of dropping off the luggage’s. It was so skinless. Amazing eco themed hotel with extremely helpful and polite staff, in an excellent location close to shopping, restaurants, Nishiki Market and walking distance to a children’s playground, coin laundry, metro and Gion district. The Buffet Breakfast is amazing with extra efforts such as home made butters and freshly shaved cured meats in addition to the usual continental buffets expectations at good hotels. The staff even upgraded our room to a huge room which was great for our 3 year old to have some space to play. This was our second stay here having stayed once previously in smaller room. We will definitely return for a third time when next in Kyoto.

The hotel aesthetic is beautiful. The decor is natural and organic materials with a clean minimalist style. I was greeted by kind and professional staff who were very accommodating to any inquiries or concerns I had. I will definitely be referring friends and family to stay with Good Nature in the future and can’t wait to be back!
