STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED hotel to stay in 😒 Firstly, it lacks of amenities (hot shower is not working) and the kettle also not provided even it stated that they provide it when we booked online. Secondly, the staff also not proffesional and friendly at all , and also not able to communicate properly but only use signal and some of the staff are not responsible especially the reception staff. They charged us with unexpected fees and doesnt return our money ! I am really disappointed with the services from the hotel owner and staff as they are not as we expected to be ..just imagine, we booked the hotel online for RM50 including the taxes but when we arrived at the hotel , we are asked to pay for RM65 ! Thats sooo rude 😡😡😡 trust me you'll regret to stay here !

Noisy, Termite smelling Hotel. Not worth your $!

Parking is a problem. The room is smelled with termites chemical and I went to see Doctor after the stay. The water in the toilet does not work. At night it's too noisy. For RM60, better get another hotel. Not worth a penny!

Cheap, Nice, But in Bad Location

I looked for a cheap hotel good for our few hours of stay. The thing is, they published the wrong address given by Expedia or maybe the hotel itself. And when we asked the staff via phone call they were also poor in giving directions. The worse part was, there was even no signage of "New Wave" anywhere in the hotel, which made it more difficult for us to find it.. But in all fairness, the room condition have exceeded my expectations, for a typical cheap hotel, the room was nice and comfy..

NOISY RENOVATION GOING ON.

The hotel is right across the highway. VERY NOISY. They're renovating the other side of the building. So, it's freaking noisy and hardly able to sleep. Sorry, don't book this hotel.
