The apartment is great in terms of cleanliness. However the whatsapp customer service response is pretty slow and there are 2 numbers to contact, the general and the host. Also the lift is another issue, keep stopping at almost every 3 floors even though no one press. Quite irritating in that sense. Other than these, the room is good.
